Where do you ship from, and where do you deliver?
We operate from our coastal hub in Savannah, Georgia, USA (31419). We offer global delivery worldwide, with a commitment to connecting you with gear no matter your home break. Please note: Due to logistical complexities, we are currently unable to ship to a select few remote regions and parts of Asia. The checkout system will validate your address, or you can contact us beforehand.
What are my shipping options and costs?

– Carriers: DHL or FedEx.
– Cost: A flat rate of $12.95 USD.
– Timeline: 1-2 business days order processing + 10-15 business days in transit.
– Best For: Balanced speed and value. Ideal for new foil boards, wings, or any gear you’re eager to use, with full online tracking.
🎁 Option 2: Free Global Shipping
– Carrier: EMS (International Postal Network).
– Cost: FREE on all orders over $50 USD (applied automatically at checkout).
– Timeline: 1-2 business days order processing + 15-25 business days in transit.
– Best For: Planning ahead. Perfect for stocking up on Essentials, Harness Accessories, or taking advantage of Closeout Gear sales.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Total delivery time = Processing Time + Transit Time.
Processing: All orders require 1-2 business days to be prepared and handed to the carrier.
Transit: Then, please allow:
– 10-15 business days for Standard Expedited (DHL/FedEx).
– 15-25 business days for Free Global Shipping (EMS).
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Both shipping options provide tracking. For Standard Expedited (DHL/FedEx), you’ll receive a direct tracking link. - Original Shipping Fees: The initial shipping fee paid on your order is non-refundable.
